Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
